Christmas 2011 - come and gone
Well, it came quick and was over just as quick. We went to Donna's Mom's and had dinner with her, Kathy, her husband Randy, and her son Chris. It was a nice quiet evening with some good conversation and laughs.
Next stop, New Years!
Christmas lights up!
With a couple of nice days I was able to get the Christmas lights up early. I always question putting them up because they have to come down and it is usually pretty cold by then which makes a not-so-fun job even worse. I would like to decorate more and light up the two end trees (which you can't see) but haven't worked up the energy or drive to do it... maybe next year ;) Oeo is sitting under the chair.

Thanksgiving 2011
We are heading to my sister Karen's for Thanksgiving. She is one of the world class cooks of our generation :)
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Sunroom

We have decided to add a sunroom to the back of our house and off of the kitchen. These renderings best show what we are getting with the exception of the white lattice and the floor covering which is something we will pick out.

Kaden Paul Hails
On Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 7:59am Kaden Paul Hails entered our world weighing in at 10 pounds 4 ounces and 22 inches long. He is the first child of my niece Colleen (Keller) Hails and her husband Zach. He is also the first grandchild of my sister Karen and her husband Mark.
Back to the office
Well, I started heading back to the office in VA after my shoulder surgery and several months of recovery and rehabilitation. It has been nice not to have to drive the distance and I was able to handle everything including meetings from home but I knew the day would come to return. Not a bad day.
Building a new site
Building a new site for me and Donna since Apple has decided to put MobileMe to rest in favor iCloud which will not be supporting iWeb. I chose Sandvox for creating the site
